1. Website Building Services
Web Whizzards agrees to provide website development services to the Client for the one-time fee mentioned above. This fee covers the design and development of a custom website based on the Client’s specifications. The website will be considered live upon its launch.
2. Monthly SEO Services
Monthly SEO services will commence once the website is live. The Client agrees to pay Web Whizzards the monthly fee mentioned above for ongoing SEO services. The monthly fee is due at the beginning of each month. Invoices will be issued accordingly.
3. Terms of Engagement
The engagement for monthly SEO services will commence upon the website going live and continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the termination clause outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement.
4. Client’s Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and cooperation required for the successful implementation of the monthly SEO services.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the monthly SEO services with a written notice of 30 days. If the Client terminates the SEO services before the completion of the month, they are responsible for the payment of the prorated monthly fee.
6. Fees and Payments
The one-time fee for website building is payable upon the signing of this Agreement. Monthly SEO service fees are due at the beginning of each month once the website is live. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of SEO services.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the website building fee, the Client owns the rights to the website content and design. Web Whizzards retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
9. Governing Law
This contract is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Organization].
